Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes – We ship worldwide. We offer customers free Malaysia Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. Hurray!

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times 

Malaysia: 6 – 20 days

Other countries: 11 – 30 days

Processing Times

All orders process within 24hours but sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, its okay. Contact us and we’ll fix it!
